Here’s How We’re Gonna Get You There:
We’re going to get you organized. We will figure out the current health of your business using our Business Assessment Intake Questionnaire. This will allow you get clear on what’s working and not working currently in your business and personal finances.
Next, Ashley will crunch your numbers and conduct a financial analysis of your business finances to get an understanding of your current financial situation.
You will complete Pre-Work to identify your owner’s intent, “Dream Life", business goals, and what success looks like for you over the next 12 months.
In the first 2-hour intensive, we’ll map out your Owner’s Compensation plan so you know exactly how much you need to pay yourself over the 12 months. We’ll dive deep into your personal finances by getting clear on your budget, savings, investment, and retirement goals so we can create a Profit Plan aligned with your desired lifestyle.
We’ll take your Owner’s Compensation Plan and create a values-aligned Revenue Goal for you to focus on over the next 12 months.
Lastly, we’ll walk through your financial reports so you understand your numbers and how your decisions impact your profitability.
During the second intensive, we’ll map out how you’re going to earn money through your Revenue Roadmap and determine what activities you need to focus on to drive an increase in revenue.
We’ll also map out your Profit Plan and determine what job each of your profit dollars will have for the next 12 months.
I’ll provide you with recommendations and next steps to implement your full Profit Plan. You’ll have a custom plan to make and manage your money for the next 12 months.
Information is great but the goal of this intensive is for you to apply what you learn to your business immediately. For 90 days, you’ll have access to me through our money-making Slack channel, where you can reach out anytime.
You can schedule a “Get Sh*t Done” sprint at any point during your 90 days. The sprint is an accountability session where we’ll adjust the plan, make sure everything’s on track, and tackle any challenges.
We'll have a check-in at the 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day point.
